Dear Patients, Colleagues, and Friends,

As I prepare to retire from my dental practice, my heart is full of gratitude. It has been the honor of a lifetime to care for you and your families and to work alongside such a dedicated and compassionate team.

When I reflect on the journey of my career, one quote comes to mind:

“Let us realize that the privilege to work is a gift, that the power to work is a blessing, that the love of work is success.”

— David O. McKay

I have truly loved this work—from the science to the art, from easing fears to creating smiles—and most of all, the relationships. Every patient and every staff member has left a lasting impression on my life. You’ve trusted me not only with your oral health, but with your stories, your milestones, and your friendship. For that, I will always be grateful.

To my team: Thank you for your dedication, your expertise, and your friendship. You’ve helped create an environment of care and excellence that makes me so proud. I leave knowing that the practice is in capable and compassionate hands.

To my patients: Thank you for the privilege of serving you. Whether you’ve been with me since the beginning over 30 years ago or recently joined our practice, please know how much your confidence and loyalty have meant.

Though I’m stepping away from the chair, I carry with me the joy of a career that has truly felt like a calling. I look forward to spending more time with family, traveling, and exploring new passions—but I will always cherish the years I spent with you all.

With heartfelt thanks,

Dr. Kimber Holmes
